If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged and unused condition with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Domestic Shipping

Order delivery time frame consists of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time

Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. After placing an order, it typically takes up to 24 hours for it to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to be transported from our warehouse to their destination. For orders within the US, we use USPS for shipping. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes between 1 and 4 days for items to reach their destination. Please note, shipping times may vary and may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

High-Value Orders

For high-value orders (items valued at $750 or more), we require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Expedited Shipping
  • We provide expedited shipping services at the standard postal rates.
  • Our shipping policy guarantees orders placed before 8 AM EST will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 8 AM EST will be dispatched on the following business day.

Please note: Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day, which is Monday.

International Shipping Rates
  • We provides international shipping services at competitive rates, ensuring your package is delivered to you promptly and efficiently.

Please note: Standard international shipping rates apply, and any potential import duties or taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Any such charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my shipping address once an order is placed?

We can only ship orders to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you require a change in delivery address, we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. You can then place a new order with the updated address.

Please note: If your order has already been dispatched, we advise contacting the carrier directly to facilitate a change of address or return to sender.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. Once your return request is submitted, you have 7 days to ship the item(s) back to us.

Return Process

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item(s) to us.

Return Label

If you prefer, we can provide you with a return label for a fee of $15 for domestic US returns, all other locations' fees may vary.

Please note: Ensure that your returned item(s) are shipped to this address and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided must be attached or inside the package to ensure no processing delays efficient return process.

Return Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you wish to return must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original tags and packaging.
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Any returns sent back to us after our designated timeframe will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original sender.

Refund Payment

After receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchange

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for our products.

If you find that an item is not suitable for your needs, we kindly ask that you initiate a return and place a new order online for the desired item.
