Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders and strive to provide the highest level of service to you at all times.
Domestic Shipping Policies
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse typically takes 2-14 business to fulfill orders.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders usually take between 1 and 4 days to arrive at their destination after processing and leaving the warehouse, but can occasionally take longer. During a sale or holiday season, carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) may be delayed with shipping. Please allow extra shipping time during these periods.
- Our shipping location is based in New Jersey, USA
- High Value Orders: This refers to any items with a value over $750. To ensure the safe and secure delivery of high value orders, we ship all packages of $750 or above as “Signature Required” at delivery.
International Shipping Rates
- We offer international shipping
- Standard international shipping rates apply
- Import duties and taxes are not included. If incurred, the customer is responsible
Expedited Shipping
- We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, based on carrier rates.
- Orders placed before 8 am EST will be guaranteed to ship that day, while orders placed after 8 am EST are guaranteed to ship the next business day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
