Orders & Shipping Information

Welcome to our Orders Hub, your go-to resource for everything

related to your purchase - from checkout to delivery.

 

Placing an Order

Orders can only be placed online through our website.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your

order number and order summary.

 

Processing Times

Standard processing time: 2-7 business days.

During sales or holidays, processing may take up to 14 business days.

Expedited orders placed before 8 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after

the cutoff will ship the next business day.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement.

After this timeframe, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

All domestic orders ship from our New Jersey, USA warehouse.

Standard shipping typically takes 1-4 business days after processing. Delays may occur during peak times.

 

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

 

Orders over $750 require a signature upon delivery for added security.

International shipping is available; rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are

responsible for any customs or import fees incurred on international orders

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the

shipment tracking information.

If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing

activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact customer service for

assistance.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but you cannot locate your package, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

If the carrier confirms non-delivery, provide us with the official carrier documentation, so

we can assist you further.

 

Returns & Refunds

New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days

of delivery.

 

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached.

 

Untagged items should be returned with original packaging.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping fees will not

be refunded.

 

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

 

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

We offer the option of purchasing a prepaid return label for an additional fee (pricing may vary based on location). If you choose this option, this fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Received the Wrong Product or a Defective Item?

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email cs@1nventory.com, and we

will provide a prepaid return label for an exchange.

 

 

 

Taxes

Sales tax applies to New Jersey residents for accessories and bags.
