Payments Information
Everything you need to know about how we process payments, what we
accept, and how your information is protected.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In'
and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then
return to 1Inventory
Shop Pay
Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Shop Pay
as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Shop Pay website to register
and provide payment details. If you are already an Afterpay user, just log in to your
Afterpay account. Then complete your order.
Apple Pay
If enabled on your device.
Google Pay
If enabled on your device.

Payment Processing
Your payment method will be charged immediately upon placing an order.
A confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be placed—please verify your billing details
and try again.

Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our trusted payment
providers.
We do not store payment details on our servers.
We adhere to PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to protect your
information.

Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to New Jersey for accessories and bags, based on
the delivery address.

Payment Issues
If you experience an error at checkout, contact us at cs@1nventory.com.
For declined payments, we recommend reaching out to your bank or payment provider
to ensure the transaction is not being blocked.

Discounts & Promo Codes
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Discounts do not apply to "Featured Deal" items or items marked Final Sale.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary by bank but typically take 5-7 business days after
approval.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Prepaid Return Label Fees
If you choose to use our $15 prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your
refund.

Payment FAQs
Can I split my payment across multiple cards? Not at this time.
Can I pay over the phone? No, all payments must be securely completed online.
