If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

 

 

Returns 

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to request a return. Once your return is requested you have 7 days to ship your return to us

We will not accept returns after this time frame.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you would like us to provide a return label for you, we can for a $15 fee.

Just send us an email at cs@1nventory.com and we will set you up with one.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Any returns sent back after our return time frame will NOT be accepted. 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. 

 

 

Exchanges  

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If an item does not work for you, you can return it and place a new order online.

Can I change my shipping address once an order is placed? 

 

No. We are only able to ship orders to the address they are placed. If you have placed an order and would like to change the address, we are able to cancel the order if it has not already been shipped out. You can then replace your order using the correct address. If you order has already been shipped out, you will need to contact the carrier about changing the address or sending the package back to us. 
I got an email from the 1nventory team stating my order was cancelled for fraud, Why? 
We have a fraud team that is able to detect fraudulent payments. If an order does come up as fraud, we cancel it immediately. 1nventory.com is a safe website. We do not play around. If your order does come up as fraud, we are going to cancel it and any other order you place. If you suspect your order was cancelled by mistake you can replace your order but make sure to use all the correct information associated with this method of payment so the order does not get cancelled again.
